I am a Professor of Forensic Science and Pharmacy with broad expertise in toxicology, drug analysis, natural products research, and institutional development in forensic and pharmaceutical systems. His career combines scientific practice, national service, and academic leadership, with long-standing contributions to forensic science, narcotics control systems, and higher education across Sudan and the region.

A Career Built Across Science and Institutions

What distinguishes my professional pathway is the continuity between forensic practice, institution building, and academic training. My early career began in the Forensic Science CID in Sudan, where I contributed to forensic chemistry operations and gradually advanced through technical leadership roles. Over time, this professional track expanded into international experience in Doha (Qatar), and later into leadership of national academic and forensic programmes—including the establishment and leadership of a poison centre and forensic science institute within a university setting.
